How to Setup Synergy Rostering Integration

Instructions for setting up Synergy rostering integration and some tips to avoid known issues.

  1. Connect and set up sharing permission on Synergy. Please find detailed instructions here.

alt text 2. Open Colleague AI "Integration" page: https://platform.colleague.ai/integrations?tab=rostering and create a new integration. Input the App ID and App Secret from your Synergy portal.

alt text 3. Click the "Sync Now" button to initiate the first rostering sync.

alt text 4. Open the "Classroom" page to verify that all classroom enrollment data has been imported:
