We collaborate with educational clients to co-design tailored implementation plans that align with their priorities, timelines, and schedules. Once school districts decide to adopt Colleague AI, we schedule a co-design meeting within one week to plan the following aspects. Essential tasks and milestones may include:
Onboarding (within 1–4 weeks of establishing the partnership)
